I started a Facebook Page years ago with some of my thoughts and ramblings... I thought I'd try them in here for the sheer hell of it.

Decree Number 1. All Troops Come home for a head count and
re-deployment. It is time to re-examine how and why America became the
Policemen of the world. Re-deployment will be primarily on our own
borders, via land air and sea. Any foreign nation wishing our military
aid, may request an audience with my ministers of defense and finance
and I am sure that we can come to an EQUITABLE agreement for
compensation. Foriegn service will be strictly voluntary for our forces
and will of course have higher compensation due to the hazards to life
and limb. Thats right Gang, No more free rides!

Decree Number 2. The Rules of Engagement....... REPEALED!! War is HELL!
It is not this choreographed chess game that world governments are
playing today. It makes no sense to hang a medal on one soldier for
killing the enemy and dishonorably discharge others for "humiliating"
them! The terrorists are hacking heads off of prisioners of war and we
spend time locking up our fighting men and women for "Hazing". War is
horrible, it is death, disease, misery, destruction, fear and famine,
that is what makes it a thing to be avoided. Instructions to the troops,
WIN, Any way you can, and come home!

Decree no. 3. Time for Punshments to fit the crimes! Financial Crimes
call for financial restitution. Violence=Violent retribution, Murder,
well, we Kill you back! Sex Crimes, remove the ability to have
sex....Painfully. American Prisons do not work. As King, I will contract
with Mexico, Turkey etc for our lifetime guests, they KNOW how to
handle prisoners! Whenever feasable, criminals will be offered the
choice between jail and Military Service. If the service cannot
"rehabilitate" you, you can't BE rehabilitated.

Decree #4, All Foriegn oil contracts are hereby cancelled. We will
also no longer export our Alaskan Oil to Japan. We will use all of our
own oil resources for ourselves. This will drive up the cost of oil in
the short term however it will also spur the development of alternative
fuel sources and other developing technologies. Also since state
governments no longer exist then there will be no state sales tax on
said fuel so the impact on price should be negligible. I realize that our own production of oil is currently inadequate to fill out needs that's why the strategic fuel reserve will be made available AND. (sorry tree huggers) drilling will be allowed in Moose country. However, care will be given to ensure that as little change as possible is made to the surrounding terrain. With the new methods at our disposal, I am sure that an environmentally friendly way to drill can be achieved. We just have to invest wisely and do the Job right the first time!
More decrees will pop up as my fertile mind cranks them out until then, my loyal, beloved subjects, I bid you sweet dreams.
